Decode is operated by Smartever Ltd (company registered in England and Wales, company number 15038603). We want you to be happy with your Decode Patron supporter purchase. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all supporter purchases — monthly, yearly, and lifetime.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Decode purchases. To request a refund within 30 days of your order:
- Visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or
- Reply to your Paddle receipt email with your refund request.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel a monthly or yearly subscription at any time from the "Manage billing" link on your profile. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep supporter access until the end of the current billing period.
Renewals
Refunds on renewal charges after the initial 30-day window are considered on a case-by-case basis by Paddle in line with their standard refund policy.
